Visit Lot Fourteen

We welcome visitors to the precinct. Located in the heart of Adelaide, surrounded by its famous parklands and the Adelaide Botanic Garden, neighbouring university campuses, major cultural institutions and the lively East End entertainment precinct, Lot Fourteen is a must during your next visit to Adelaide’s CBD.

Visitors Welcome

Lot Fourteen is revitalising the seven-hectare old Royal Adelaide Hospital site in the centre of one of the safest, most liveable and vibrant cities in the world into an exciting precinct that supercharges collaboration and creativity, creating a national and international attraction for hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.

Lot Fourteen will not simply be a place to work – it is a precinct that combines enterprise, culture, nature and people in a way that only Adelaide can. With spaces designed to inspire, relax, and share ideas. Dotted throughout our laneways amongst the heritage buildings and new buildings you will find courtyards, lawns and areas buzzing with life.

When development is complete approximately 70 per cent of the total precinct will be publicly accessible, with 50 percent planted and landscaped to provide appealing outdoor areas the public to enjoy.
