Step 1 – Register
Submit an Access Pass request form to the Lot Fourteen Security Coordinator using the relevant form below.
The request must be submitted by the authorised Tenant Administrator/s* for your tenancy, and all fields must be completed or the form will not be processed.
* For updates to your nominated Tenant Administrator/s, please email [email protected]
Please note: due to security requirements, mobile app credentials will be deactivated if not used for 3 months. Physical passes will be deactivated after 12 months of inactivity.
Step 2 – Collection
The Tenant Administrator will be informed once the pass is ready. The pass is to be collected by the pass owner from the Lot Fourteen Security Office located on Lower Ground, TechCentral. Proof of identity must be shown on collection.
Please advise the Lot Fourteen Security Coordinator of any staff no longer needing access to Lot Fourteen so they can be offboarded from all relevant systems.
Also a reminder that any vacancies can be listed via our Jobs Portal below.
All new starters are added to our distribution list for tenant notifications. Tenant notifications help keep everyone at Lot Fourteen informed of any work or activity at the district that may affect them.
To make sure your email server doesn’t block our tenant notification emails, please add the email address [email protected] as a ‘Safe Sender’ within your email program.
