Postal and courier deliveries
Australia Post and couriers deliver mail / packages to the Lot Fourteen Security Office.
Security will contact you if you have mail / packages for collection.
Please remember to instruct your sender to include your name and organisation on any items to assist Security.

Visitor access and temporary passes
To request temporary access passes please download and complete the form below and send to the Lot Fourteen Security Coordinator.
Please note that temporary passes:
- Can only be requested by an authorised Tenant Administrator of your business / organisation
- Are only valid for a maximum of 2 weeks
- Only provide access to areas requested in the form
- Will be issued via the Gallagher mobile app
Visitor management system
All new tenants in TechCentral, Bice, Margaret Graham and McEwin (office entry foyer only) will be set up on our Sine visitor management system.
This system allows visitors to check-in and notify a host that they have arrived via the check-in ipads located in the main entry foyers.

Scheduled deliveries
All scheduled deliveries must be registered by tenants in the Lot Fourteen Traffic Management Calendar (below) prior to arriving at Lot Fourteen.
This system will be monitored and used by the Lot Fourteen Traffic Management team. Failure to add deliveries / couriers to the Traffic Management Calendar may result in them being turned away.

Reserved parking and drop-off
Reserved parking is available to Lot Fourteen Official Delegations ONLY.
The availability of reserved parking is at the discretion of the Lot Fourteen Site Superintendent. For more information on reserved parking please view our Reserved Parking Guidelines below.
Visitor Drop Off / Pick Up Point
Visitors can be dropped off or picked up from the Ayers House driveway, located on the southern side of North Terrace across the road from Lot Fourteen.
This is a 24-hour access zone. There is strictly no stopping allowed on the northern side of North Terrace.
