The P&C Business Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and performance of the People Partnering function. This role ensures high-quality delivery across partnering by embedding consistent service standards, optimising resource planning, and improving systems and processes.The role is a key enabler of enterprise-wide people strategies, ensuring that partnering practices are aligned, scalable, and responsive to organisational needs. The role also facilitates and supports partnering input into strategic people projects building and implementing to ensure effective partnering and embedding of programs and activities across the business.Providing direction, oversight and leadership to the Partnering team, this role is focused on clear and consistent practices to successfully deploy project, change and operational work. While not a hands-on partnering or case advisory role, you may need to provide support for activities in peak times.
