Supporting the Program Director SUBSAFE, the SUBSAFE Program Improvement Manager is responsible for driving enhanced performance of the ASC SUBSAFE Program and uplift of capability to support existing and future programs.
With operational efficiency and compliance focus, this role will deliver continuous improvement projects, develop and deliver personnel training programs for ASC and the SUBSAFE Supply Chain. This is to ensure that all stakeholders are suitably qualified and experienced and that our Systems, Tools and Process are suitable and operational for all SUBSAFE related work scope.
Full time permanent position-based form either Henderson, WA or Osborne, SA.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
