The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Web Development / Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working directly with clients, and has a solid understanding of platforms like WordPress and Shopify.

This role is equal parts technical and client-facing – you’ll work directly with business owners and marketing teams to identify what they need from their website and implement those changes. From small tweaks to major rebuilds, you’ll be working with our web team to make it happen with creativity, precision, and a drive to help our clients grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Website Updates & Builds – Execute website changes across WordPress, Shopify, and other platforms (with the help of our dev team).
• Client Management – Be the go-to contact for a range of clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that match their goals.
• Website Optimisation – Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, SEO, and user experience to drive more leads and sales.
• E-commerce – Support multi-million dollar brands with CRO-focused updates, product management, and performance-driven improvements across Shopify and WordPress.
• Collaboration – Work closely with our designers and developers to bring websites to life.
• Project Coordination – Manage timelines, prioritise tasks, and ensure websites are launched and maintained to a high standard.
