Lot Fourteen’s flagship Entrepreneur & Innovation Centre and Innovation Hub will set a global place for the defence, space, cyber and critical technology sectors, accelerating innovation and research collaboration at scale.
Lot Fourteen will be home to the flagship $400 million Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre (working title) including an Innovation Hub, bringing together research, government and industry focused on supporting the defence, space, cyber and critical technology sectors in a purpose-designed building.
The 16 level, 41,000 square metre building is central to the district and home to a $20 million Innovation Hub.
The campus-style Innovation Hub will be dedicated to fostering idea exchange, accelerating research translation and commercialisation, while catalysing joint research between business, universities and the public sector.
When built, the Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre will be at the heart of Lot Fourteen, with over 6,000 people working across the 7-hectare site, harnessing the power of collaboration and co-location, capitalising on an already thriving ecosystem and driving innovation.

The EIC will be delivered by Quintessential Equity, with a $400 million investment by the private equity company.
The Australian Government has committed up to $20 million through the Adelaide City Deal towards the establishment of an Innovation Hub as part of the curated collaborative space on the ground and first floors of the EIC.
