Senior IT Project Manager

The role:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion.

• Implement quality assurance and safety protocols ensuring the delivery of high-quality project deliverables.

Skills and Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years Senior Project Management experience and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget. You will also bring the following skills and expertise:

• A proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects across both applications and infrastructure

• Understanding of digital transformation initiatives, including modern cloud technologies like Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure setups such as on-premises servers, hybrid environments, and virtualized networks.

• Experience with both legacy systems and modern IT environments

• Previous experience working in the ICT consulting industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teams

• Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

• Ability to proactively identify and manage project risks

• Adept at implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for project deliverables

• Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2 or equivalent certification.

• Agile or Scrum Master certification is desirable.
