The role:
Are you an experienced Technical Business Analyst passionate about driving digital transformation initiatives? We’re looking for a BAs who excel in delivering enterprise-grade solutions, with experience across M365, D365, COTS, SharePoint, Azure, and related system integration projects.

What you’ll do:
• Gather and interpret business requirements to design technical solutions across platforms such as M365, D365, COTS, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with key stakeholders and SMEs to transform complex ideas into actionable insights.
• Translate business needs into technical/functional specifications, user stories, business process maps, and statements of work.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, system designs, and user manuals.
• Design, implement, and manage technical and business solutions to meet clients’ business objectives.
• Consult on technology configurations and options, providing technical advice and guidance.
• Effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring prior experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting environment, particularly within M365, D365, COTS, SharePoint, Azure. You’ll also possess the following:
• Proven experience in eliciting and documenting clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and organizational drivers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing client demands.
• Familiarity with methodologies and frameworks such as BABOK, Agile, PRINCE2, or others.
• Australian citizenship and the ability to pass a security clearance are required for this opportunity.
