Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber Security Implementation Consultant

Job Description

• Assist our customers to implement and maintain compliant environments
• Establish, monitor, manage and improve public cloud infrastructure
• Implement proactive problem management
• Recommending improvements of support capabilities, capacity, and quality
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders and customers
• Serve as an escalation point for customer tickets

Key Skills

• Working with public cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Working with Windows Servers, Domains and Active Directory
• Implementing and managing modern cloud environments
• Implementing and managing ADFS and/or Azure AD Connect Passthrough Authentication and working with Hybrid environments
• Work with security frameworks and standards
o Essential 8
o CIS Benchmarks
o ISM with IRAP assessment
• Maintaining Office/Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 E5 Security services including:
o Microsoft Defender
o Defender for Endpoint
o Defender for Office365
o Cloud App Security
o Office DLP
o Azure AD Risk Based Conditional Access
o Defender for Azure
• Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining SIEM and threat hunting services including Azure Sentinel and/or Splunk
• Working with Intune for mobile device management
• Managing and securing end user devices
o Windows
o Apple OS
o Android
o iOS
• Managing and configuring network security and firewalls
• Strong customer service experience
• Experience working with ITIL processes and tools
• Understanding of request, incident, change, and problem management and their differences
• Installing and configuring proactive monitoring, alerting and automated response
• VDI/WVD and remote apps
