The Role

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Account Manager / Graphic Designer (Social Media) who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working with people, can design and execute compelling content across social media platforms.

This role is equal parts creative and client-facing – you’ll be the key contact for multiple clients, ensuring their brand’s voice and visuals stand out in the digital world. You’ll also oversee content schedules, design high-quality graphics, and help shape innovative social media & design strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Graphic Design & Content Creation – Create eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement campaigns effectively.
• Social Media Strategy – Work with clients to elevate their online presence through custom, engaging content.
• Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of businesses.
• Content Scheduling & Reporting – Manage content calendars and track campaign performance.
• Thinking Outside the Box – Develop creative ways to solve client challenges and drive real engagement.
