Sustainability and wellness are embedded into Lot Fourteen’s culture and environment.

World-Leading Redevelopment

Lot Fourteen is acknowledged as a world-leading urban redevelopment and one of the most sustainable precincts in the nation by the Green Building Council of Australia. We achieved a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating under the internationally recognised Green Star rating system.

The Startup Hub has been recognised in the Royal Australian Institute of Architects’ SA Architecture Awards 2020, winning the Award for Sustainable Architecture and a commendation for Heritage Architecture for architects JPE Design Studio.

Progressive urban design principles will see 70 percent of the 7-hectare precinct returned to public space and 50 percent will be planted and landscaped to provide exciting, relaxing outdoor areas for the public to enjoy.

Workplace Wellness

Lot Fourteen is also taking the lead for wellness in the workplace as the first precertified WELL Communities Project in Australia.

To achieve this we are developing more thoughtful and intentional spaces that enhance human health and wellbeing.
